Our Services
We offer three essential service packages that are centered around client goals and research. Before getting started we will ask that you provide a business plan or outline if you have one. If you would like help creating a business plan please let us know. Not required but strongly advised to have one.
A proposal is sent to the client for them to select which service they would like. Once selected, a service agreement is sent, start date is approved, and all necessary components are given to the consultant.
All services include quarterly check-ins with your consultant.
Marketing Plan
1-3 Months
The Marketing Plan service is ideal for businesses that are in need of direction and foundation for their marketing. We create the plan and strategy and give you the resources you need to implement and maintain your personalized plan.
Research
Research is included in all services. Our research analyst uses the first month of service to conduct an in depth industry analysis before we begin the marketing strategy and planning. The consultant will perform an internal research analysis to get a better understanding of the company and the needs of the business.
Strategy & Planning
The second month of service the consultant strategizes and plans the best ways for the company to reach and retain their desired audience. The plan outlines all necessary actions, budgets, marketing media, and timelines for the company to achieve their goals.
Brand Development
The third month the consultant and our in house brand manager will build or re-brand the company to fit the companies authentic representation while appealing to the core audience. This is the final step in the marketing plan service. The client is presented with their research, marketing plan, and brand guidelines.
Marketing Consulting
2-6 Months
This is the perfect option for a company that already has a marketing team or dedicated internal marketing person that is in need of consulting and evaluating the companies current marketing efforts. Our team will work with your team and train them on what they need to do to maintain and manage everything that we implement during your service.
Design
The fourth month of service is a part of the Marketing Coordination service and begins the implementation process. During this time our in house graphic and web designer will design the visual elements needed to implement the plan. This includes digital and print marketing materials, logo, website, and social media templates. If photos are needed we will work with a preferred photographer to coordinate photo shoots.
Technology
During the fifth month, design elements are being finished and our technology consultant begins finding the best technology for companies to bring their businesses' marketing needs to life. The tech consultant will help integrate new technology and train staff on how to use the tech to best serve the company.
Launch
The sixth month of service is the final step in the Marketing Coordination service. Our team implements the remainder of the marketing actions for the company and trains the necessary people within the company on how to manage and maintain the marketing actions.
Marketing Management
1 Year
Our team acts as the companies outsourced marketing team for a full year. We handle all social media, blogs, email marketing, website updates, design needs, and act as a liaison for any outsourced work done with other professionals in the marketing industry. We remove the stress of managing marketing in house and give companies a fresh start!
Additional Services
Brand Evaluations
Brand evaluations provide a fresh look on how the business' marketing efforts are aligned with the business' overall image on different marketing channels and platforms. Each marketing channel/platform will be assessed and evaluated. A brand analysis will be given to the client to help them make the necessary changes to create an appealing and cohesive brand. The evaluation includes impressions, improvements, actions, suggested goals, and a brand story guide.
Marketing Campaigns
A consultant will create a marketing campaign based on the clients' needs and targeted goals. This service is perfect for calling attention to a new product, service, sale, promotion, location opening, or general call to action. Marketing campaigns allow the client to connect with current customers and attract new ones through appealing and strategic campaigns.
Social Media Management
A consultant will grow desired social media accounts and manage necessary platforms. All content is approved or sent by the client and is based on a posting schedule. The consultant will create content and interact with the clients' audience as requested by the client.
