Monday Motivation - Quality

When building a quality product or service you have to always bring it back to the customer. As a business owner it's easy to get caught up in what you personally think would benefit your customers, but we have to really understand the people we serve. As always, it goes back to connecting to your customers and doing your research. As a marketing consultant everything I do has to start with research and the same thing holds true for product and service development. The more you know about your customers the better you are able to serve them and deliver quality services and products. How are you connecting with your customers?
